I listened to Mel Robbins Podcast today.  She mentionned 3 important questions to ask ourself:

1. If you were being paid 1 M$ to do this, how would you do it ?  Purpose: It shows your capacity for success and excellence.​

2. If you can time travel to the age of 80, what would be your regrets ?  Purpose: to help you make the right decisions.​

3. Today, who's going to be the love of myself ?  Answer: "ME". 

 

The most important things are : 

• Loving myself

• Creating boundaries for myself

• Advocating for myself

• Being honest with myself​

Because, everything grows from these seeds !
